Key Responsibilities

•Planung, Projektierung und Durchführung von TGA-Projekten
•Vorentwurfs-, Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung im Bereich HKLS
•Leitung von Planungsbesprechungen
•Technische Abstimmungsgespräche und Koordination mit Bauherren, Architekten, Behörden und Fachplanern beteiligter Gewerke
•Erstellung von Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen (LV) und Ausschreibungen, Durchführung von Berechnungen

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) in Versorgungstechnik or TGA
•Professional experience in Versorgungstechnik (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary)
•Knowledge of VOB and HOAI Leistungsphasen
•Strong REVIT skills and ideally BIM experience
•Very good English and German language skills
