Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests and triage each request by deliverable type, format, quantity, deadlines, constraints, and brand requirements.
  • •Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specifications so work is correct the first time.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams, tracking status and surfacing bottlenecks before they affect event dates.
  • •Perform quality assurance on print and digital deliverables, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs.
  • •Document and organize assets, briefs, and final deliverables in shared drive structures, while coordinating with vendors and building buffers for risk and logistics issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
  • •Proven experience managing print and digital production processes, including knowledge of dielines and safe areas and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail and the ability to be the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
  • •Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma.
