Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to account sales, service, and support activities for Natera Oncology products.
•Ensure patients adhere to the prescribed test cadence and analyze/monitor patient testing against the oncologist’s protocol.
•Identify areas for improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems, and processes.
•Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at assigned oncology accounts to drive patient retention and unit growth.
•Educate medical professionals on Natera tools/resources for test order management and maintain KPI reporting tied to retention and fulfilled orders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background, or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and Gmail.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems.
