Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot mold process problems and quality defects and make necessary process changes.
  • •Ensure correct production orders run on assigned machines to specifications and maintain standard cycle.
  • •Monitor machines throughout the shift with periodic inspections and testing per the data acquisition plan.
  • •Maintain molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment in proper working order and perform machine startups/shutdowns with line clearances.
  • •Record corrective actions using available software and support TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, Scrap, SMED, Safety, and Quality practices.
