Mainframe VTAM Engineer - Remote - Multiple locations

Resolve complex technical issues for network applications by performing problem tracking, root-cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting. Investigate incidents and service tickets, analyze technical issue trends, and recommend long-term improvements. Document end-user interactions and resolution steps, communicate status to internal customers, and occasionally coordinate with end users and outside vendors. May lead moderately complex projects and act as a resource to less-experienced teammates.
