Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead factory transformation and equipment implementation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy efficiency, and reduce downtime.
  • •Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing process and product design challenges.
  • •Conduct root cause investigations and statistical analysis, then develop corrective action plans to drive sustainable process improvements.
  • •Design and optimize manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, station controls, and establish manufacturing standards and standardized work.
  • •Develop, validate, and document processes for SMT and electronics/PCBA manufacturing (including inspection and coating), while partnering with EHS to meet safety and OSHA requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with manufacturing process analysis and root-cause investigation, including corrective action planning.
  • •Knowledge of IPC standards and quality systems.

  • •Hands-on familiarity with electronics/PCBA manufacturing (SMT, soldering, and inspection tools such as AOI/X-ray/SPI) is preferred.
