Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage provider relationships as the primary point of contact for primary care partners, driving adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
•Partner with the CA GTM team to support provider onboarding and training, focusing on in-office workflows across clinical and non-clinical staff.
•Implement and oversee a structured engagement plan to maximize platform use, improve value-based care outcomes, and retain long-term partners.
•Analyze provider performance metrics and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks to drive interventions that improve outcomes and utilization.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 107,700 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting with a track record of provider adoption and retention.
•Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff and translate operational data into performance metrics and scorecards.
•Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows, including implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
•Knowledge of EHRs (ideally in a primary care setting), medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
•Strong project management skills to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
