Job Summary

Provide prompt service for internal and external customers by reviewing forms and files, coordinating communication across contract holders, producers, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate recordkeeping. Interpret plan provisions and product rules to process requests in line with plan and legal requirements, research and resolve errors, and manage workflow while meeting service level agreements. Support withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, and policy servicing, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

•Manage workflow to provide extraordinary customer care and meet required service level agreements, using lean methodology to improve processes and the member experience.
•Research, review, and analyze errors and customer inquiries to determine appropriate actions and resolve service issues.
•Review and approve requests for withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, and contract cash-outs; compile management information and support written complaint responses.
