Job Summary

Own end-to-end people operations across Bybit’s European entities, handling the full employment life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Draft and manage employment documentation, coordinate payroll inputs with local providers, and prepare payroll provisions and accruals. Support employee relations and HR processes while ensuring local compliance across multiple EU jurisdictions, with the role on-site in Vienna reporting to the Head of HR – Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
•Prepare employment contracts, amendments, salary-change letters, confirmations, and termination documentation.
•Apply country-specific requirements across multiple European talent hubs, including employment law and contract differences.
•Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with local payroll providers and prepare/reconcile payroll provisions and accruals.
•Maintain accurate employee data in HR and payroll systems and respond to employee/manager questions on contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and HR processes.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of hands-on experience in People & HR Operations across multiple EU jurisdictions.
•Experience supporting employees across France, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Germany is an advantage.
•Strong hands-on background in HR operations, HR shared services, People Operations, payroll coordination, or an international HR generalist role.
•Practical knowledge of employment administration and employment law across multiple EU jurisdictions and the UK.
•Experience preparing employment contracts and employee documentation, including coordinating multi-country payrolls with external providers.
