Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform onsite after-sales and technical support for PQ series high-power centralized UPS systems, including commissioning, maintenance, emergency repair, and technical support.
  • •Support installation and technical interfacing for modular UPS and micro-modular data center (MDC) integrated solutions.
  • •Lead resolution of major onsite incidents and complex technical issues, including fault localization, RCA, and output of formal analysis reports.
  • •Act as the technical interface between the service function and Quality/R&D/ETO teams, feeding back failure modes, product issues, and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coordinate onsite technical interfaces for data center power skid integration projects across UPS, 400V low-voltage switchgear, 10kV medium-voltage switchgear, and related systems, including training and support for service execution teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, electrical engineering and automation, or related majors.
  • •5+ years of UPS on-site technical support or after-sales experience, able to independently commission, repair, and analyze faults for large power UPS systems.
  • •Familiar with data center power distribution systems and 2N/N+1 architectures, with experience in centralized UPS projects.
  • •Hold a valid high-voltage electrician operating certificate (10kV or above) to meet on-site compliance requirements for data centers and medium-voltage systems.
  • •Strong customer communication, cross-department coordination, and technical documentation skills, plus familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., GB 50174, TIA-942, GB11022, GB3906, GB7251.12) and corresponding IEC standards.
