Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle end-to-end meeting coordination and facilitation, including team building activities, leadership summits, and offsites.
  • •Partner with executives to understand priorities, stack rank meeting requests, and redirect as needed while making decisions on their behalf.
  • •Serve as a point person for executives’ direct reports, build cross-functional relationships, and support team morale.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities, make adjustments, and own long-term projects with a deep understanding of the business.
