Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions across all phases of Avanade projects. Lead client engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-documented CRM outcomes. Build Power Platform solutions including Copilot and AI-enabled features, translate business requirements into technical designs, and support automated workflows with unit testing and basic troubleshooting. Grow through training in both technology and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-documented CRM solutions.
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
•Support automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
•Perform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
•Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Power Platforms-related experiences.
•Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, JavaScript, and integration via REST APIs and SFTP, SSIS.
•Experience supporting delivery in a management consulting environment with exposure to local or regional projects.
•Experience in team management, technical coaching, and delivery ownership.
