Job Summary

Own and improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) access operations by optimizing fulfillment, standardizing processes, and supporting automation. Use ticket trends and feedback to identify friction and drive continuous improvements that reduce cycle time, rework, and escalations while strengthening control adherence and audit readiness. Partner with engineering, governance, and service management, execute triage and RCA, maintain SOPs/runbooks/knowledge articles, and support UAT and validation for access workflow changes.
