Job Summary

Own Qdrant’s cloud-native platform and reliability systems that power vector database delivery worldwide. Design and operate scalable infrastructure, build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and custom operators, and write production-grade Go services and automation tooling. Optimize performance, cost, and reliability across AWS/GCP/Azure, improve observability with monitoring and alerting, automate integrations, and support incident response through root-cause analysis and hardening.
