Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the principal HR Business Partner to the VP, Freight Forwarding - North Europe, and designated senior leadership team members.
  • •Develop and execute people strategies aligned to the business plan and commercial objectives.
  • •Lead workforce planning, including headcount planning, succession planning, and future capability requirements.
  • •Provide senior advice on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, redundancy, and organisational change) and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • •Drive organisational change and integration activities, including transformation, restructuring, and acquisition-related people initiatives.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR qualification.
  • •Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transport, manufacturing, or another operationally intensive environment.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior operational and commercial leaders.
  • •Strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
  • •Extensive employee relations experience handling complex and sensitive situations.
