Job Summary

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO of the Canadian business, helping set long-term direction and drive decision-making, program management, and initiative execution. Lead quarterly/annual planning including OKRs and support budgeting. Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Canada and globally, oversee key corporate infrastructure and real estate initiatives, and chair the Canadian Broader Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team for the Canadian business.
•Drive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, identifying and prioritizing what needs to be built for long-term success.
•Lead quarterly and annual Canadian strategic and business planning, including the Canadian OKR process and support for bi-annual budgeting.
•Oversee corporate infrastructure, office footprint strategy, and real estate procurement, including governance for major capital and construction projects.
•Chair the Canadian Broader Leadership Team and lead regular meetings and the Canadian leadership agenda.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 160,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a highly analytical equivalent field.
•7+ years’ experience scaling a fast-growth business or consultancy in progressively senior roles up to management/director level.
•Strong analytical and systems thinking, using data architectures, workflow mapping, and process improvement frameworks to build data-driven answers.
•Ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies across business units.
•Adaptable and empathetic, thriving in a fast-moving, uncertain environment.
