Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for a defined employee group, maintaining master data in SAP HCM and Workday. Serve as the point of contact for wage tax and social security law questions, handle reporting and personnel cost planning, and coordinate account reconciliations with finance. Support year-end close activities, audits, and inspections, and assist with time management tools including Interflex and UKG Dimension. Act as SAP key user between the SAP vendor and IT.
