Maintain CRM documentation for qualified inbound leads and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience while sharing market trend feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and bring in new business to the platform.
•Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches; support some in-person meetings as appropriate.
•Present and promote products/services via product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including lead follow-up and documentation in the CRM.
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
•Experience selling SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms (highly desirable).
•Ability to build relationships and operate as a strong “hunter.”
•Strong organisational skills to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
•Fluency or conversational ability in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (added bonus).
