Key Responsibilities

•Train internal teams and external vendors on processes and standards for Jira, Acquia DAM, New Spark, Brightcove, and YouTube.
•Manage video asset inventory in Acquia DAM and maintain metadata strategy for discoverability, reuse, and scalability.
•Own and maintain publishing workflows across platforms, including Jira, Brightcove, and YouTube.
•Monitor platform trends and updates, proactively improving performance, engagement, and adoption of capabilities.
•Investigate enhancements across tools/platforms and lead implementation to keep workflows future-ready (including AI-enabled readiness).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, digital media, information management, or a related field.
•Typically 5+ years of experience in project management, digital asset management, or video/content operations.
•Strong knowledge of digital asset management systems, including metadata structures, taxonomy, and governance.
•Experience with enterprise DAM platforms such as Acquia DAM (or equivalent).
•Experience working with Jira (or similar workflow/issue tracking systems).
