Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage automation projects developed by external suppliers, including conceptual work, equipment specifications, project management, factory acceptance testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • •Identify and lead automation projects to increase production capacity and improve product quality.
  • •Find process improvement opportunities and design/develop PLC programs to address them.
  • •Develop, review, maintain, and update documentation, files, procedures, databases, drawings, and schematics for equipment and process control integrity.
  • •Guide and train personnel on process control methodologies and prepare/modify automation procedures and training instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, automation, or computer science.
  • •Have at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with automation process and equipment implementation.
  • •Have practical experience with PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion control, and associated programming software.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an advantage.
  • •Be proficient in English, comfortable using Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and available for a flexible onsite/on-call schedule.
