Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure SailPoint ISC tenant components (source connectors, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, provisioning policies) to support product use cases.
  • •Perform custom development and scripting with SailPoint ISC Transforms, Native/Connector Rules, and REST API integrations for IAG workflows.
  • •Design and develop custom on-premises, virtual appliance-based, and SaaS application connectors.
  • •Coordinate ISC/SaaS platform updates and execute regression testing following vendor-initiated upgrades.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot ISC tenant health, integrations, provisioning workflows, access requests, and identity data quality to maintain platform stability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or related cybersecurity domains.
  • •2–3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • •Experience designing and configuring ISC components such as tenant configuration, sources, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, provisioning policies, and governance groups.
  • •Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, identity correlation, and access governance processes.
  • •Proficiency developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, web services, flat-file integrations, and SailPoint connectors; plus scripting/programming skills (Java, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript).
