Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by engaging in bank sales processes, profiling customers, building relationships, using sales/customer service software, and following up with customers by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to policies and procedures.
•Advise customers using knowledge of products and services, progressing to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Perform teller cross-training as needed for basic transactions (check cashing, deposits/withdrawals) and balancing the drawer.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance, including records and requirements such as BSA/Fraud/CTR, BAI, signature cards, CIP, and beneficial ownership, plus complete annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and related experience: 1 year (Level 1), 2 years (Level 2), or 3+ years (Level 3), in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, or equivalent education/experience.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
•Level 3 requires completion of the Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
•Demonstrate excellent customer service, professional communication, and dedication to sales referrals and cross-selling; maintain math/computer proficiency and knowledge of banking fundamentals including credits/debits and check processing.
