Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with tenancy regulations.
  • •Handle tenant screening, onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
  • •Oversee property inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, contractor/vendor performance, utilities coordination, and property handovers/takeovers.
  • •Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, implement recovery actions, and administer security deposits including reconciliation and refunds.
  • •Support budgeting and reporting, ensure compliance with health/safety/environmental and risk requirements, and assist with legal/dispute matters in coordination with advisors.

  • •3+ years of property management experience in the UAE.
  • •Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
