  • •Design and deliver resilient supply chain strategies for new products and transitions to HVM.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control across the NPI lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply of materials and components.
  • •Develop mitigation strategies for single points of failure and deliver supply chain solutions that minimize total landed cost and improve material availability.
  • •Lead through subordinate managers of managers and drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality on key insource/outsource decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role in a high-tech industry.
