Job Summary

Lead NPI strategic sourcing and resilient supply chain planning for new product introductions and transitions to HVM. Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to manage timing, budgets, and quality throughout the NPI lifecycle. Negotiate for cost-effective materials and components, identify single points of failure, and drive total landed-cost improvements and gross margin targets. Align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality on insource/outsource decisions and guide R&D collaboration on emerging semiconductor materials.

•Design and deliver resilient supply chain strategies for new products and transitions to HVM.
•Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control across the NPI lifecycle.
•Collaborate and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply of materials and components.
•Develop mitigation strategies for single points of failure and deliver supply chain solutions that minimize total landed cost and improve material availability.
•Lead through subordinate managers of managers and drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality on key insource/outsource decisions.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 180,500 - 248,500

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role in a high-tech industry.
•Experience with commercializing new products in semiconductor capital equipment (highly preferred).
•MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA (preferred).
•Extensive knowledge of fabrication commodities and processes.
•Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior executives.
