  • •Receive cash and authorized payment methods from customers, issue receipts/bills, reconcile cash/credit receipts with sales figures, and prepare daily cash summary reports for the Accountant
  • •Safeguard cash and related documents and deposit cash/cheques in the bank daily to protect company funds
  • •Answer phone calls and customer queries professionally to provide efficient customer service and support the company’s image
  • •Monitor petty cash, authorize payments only for approved items or emergency miscellaneous purchases, and submit accounts to store management for verification
  • •Keep count of customer traffic entering the shop and compile relevant daily information
