Job Summary

Own operational management of F5’s physical security programs worldwide as part of the Global Workplace Solutions team. Maintain and troubleshoot Enterprise Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV, oversee identity integration, master key and badge provisioning, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and related standards. Serve as first escalation point for onsite security issues, support investigations with camera and card-reader data, and coordinate global security deployments and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot Enterprise Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV video systems, including identity integration for access provisioning and deprovisioning.
•Develop and oversee a master key program, implement electronic key systems, and manage hardware storage, badge provisioning, and access levels.
•Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external ISO 27001 audits, generating and organizing physical access logs and calibration records.
•Facilitate quarterly access reviews and conduct physical security risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities in asset placement and camera coverage.
•Act as first escalation point for onsite security issues and support investigations by reviewing camera and card-reader/CCTV footage; coordinate global security deployments and manage regional security vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 142,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Ability to independently troubleshoot enterprise Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV video networks and their integrations.
•Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security, Technology Services, Criminal Justice, or Crisis Management, with experience in Integrated Security Systems (ISS), physical security, military, intelligence, or law enforcement.
•Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 physical security standards and controls (Annex A.7) and NDAA Section 889.
•Ability to manage vendor relationships and lead security installations with strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
