Job Summary

Drive strategy execution, portfolio optimization, and market enablement for Small Business payments across priority APAC markets. Partner with markets, issuers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution using data-driven insights, targeted initiatives, and strong stakeholder alignment. Own market execution and issuer engagement, identify opportunities from MIS and performance metrics, support go-to-market assets and product commercialization, and ensure governance and timely program delivery within Visa’s risk and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategy execution, portfolio optimization, and market enablement across priority APAC markets.
•Partner with AEs and markets to deliver issuer-specific strategies, assets, and campaigns; support pipeline growth and key client engagements.
•Analyze MIS and market data to identify growth opportunities and gaps; develop issuer mapping and market heatmaps; track key KPIs.
•Collaborate with Product, Marketing, VCA, and Partnerships to deliver integrated solutions and align global strategy to local execution.
•Support product and solution enablement, program execution, and governance, ensuring adherence to Visa processes, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Requirements

•10 years of experience in payments, banking, consulting, or strategy roles.
•Experience in SMB, commercial cards, or B2B payments (preferred).
•Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans.
•Proven ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
