Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal project teams, consulting engineers, and contractors across the MEP engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance process.
  • •Provide technical engineering support to ensure construction and maintenance comply with applicable standards, codes, and specifications.
  • •Verify maintenance completion and coordinate repair, build, and contingency systems efforts across HVAC, electrical, security, and fire protection systems.
  • •Manage design, development, and issuance of drawings, documentation, and reports for aerospace and large commercial/industrial projects.
  • •Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes, manage scope across MEP disciplines, and work with the AHJ for permits and final inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of professional experience with the design or build of MEP building systems.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
  • •Experience coordinating construction/maintenance to comply with standards, codes, and specifications.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
