•Builder and execution mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, prototype early, and can turn a rough direction into a plan
•AI-native skills: hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code and/or Cursor to draft specs, analyze data, and prototype solutions
•Excellent communication and collaboration across product, design, engineering, and operations
•Customer focus and execution: translate user insights into requirements teams can ship
