Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5–7+ years of NPI engineering experience, specifically Advanced SMT and high-layer-count PCB assembly (30+ layers preferred).
  • •Hands-on expertise in circuit debugging, troubleshooting, failure/root-cause analysis, and using 8D methodology.
  • •Strong Design for Excellence (DFx) knowledge including DFM, DFR, DFT, DFC, and DFQ.
  • •Experience managing product lifecycles from prototype to end-of-life, including BOM risk assessment, second sourcing, and component qualification.
  • •Proficiency with PLM systems (e.g., Propel, Agile) to manage ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes (PCA design/layout experience is a plus).
