Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, implement, and commission microgrid control solutions for customers using automation controllers, HMI, protection relays, and data concentrators.
  • •Create, modify, test, and deploy software for automation controllers and HMI for microgrid applications.
  • •Follow customer drawings and specifications, select components, and prepare bill of materials and submittal documentation.
  • •Prepare customer submittals including Sequence of Operation (SOO) and test procedures; review DER vendor submittals and coordinate control requirements with vendors.
  • •Provide sketches/mark-ups for electrical designers, assist with factory testing and field start-ups, and troubleshoot systems that are not functioning properly.
