Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport block, mortar, and other materials to job sites safely and make deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
  • •Assist and supervise loading to ensure proper order and weight distribution, then survey the job site and unload cargo safely.
  • •Receive shipping directions and instructions, then follow them and obtain shipping bills and required signatures for paperwork completion.
  • •Maintain accurate records including daily truck logs, fuel tickets, delivery documentation, and other required documents according to regulations.
  • •Perform pre-trip inspections, inspect equipment and supplies, and document routine maintenance of the assigned truck and loading/unloading equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Must have a current CDL A license and at least 2 years of current CDL experience.

  • •Experience with forklift and ability to assist with loading/unloading safely.
  • •Must complete required DOT yearly physical and maintain detail-oriented recordkeeping.
