Identify and implement process improvements that prevent problems, improve efficiencies, and reduce variation. Improve product quality by solving customer and internal quality concerns, increasing understanding of metallurgical processes, developing metallurgical practices and procedures, and performing statistical analysis on complex process issues while learning local standards, procedures, and technologies.
