Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet daily production goals with strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
  • •Support assembly of Low Voltage Assemblies, including material allocation, raw material preparation, assembly, electrical testing, and preparing finished products for shipment.
  • •Assemble, adjust, or repair products using fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
  • •Prepare materials using layout, drilling, sawing, punching, riveting, caulking, and painting processes as required.
  • •Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, and follow safety policies, WSRA requirements, and supervisor instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • •3 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •3 months of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Be flexible and open to changes in processes or tasks.
  • •Lift and carry up to 40 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodation.
