Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage entitlement due diligence, including schedules, site-related reports, surveying/plat requirements, and entitlement applications.
  • •Manage and oversee consultants and external partners across design and engineering disciplines.
  • •Process entitlement applications (rezoning, development agreements, design review, general plan amendments, variance) and manage associated environmental permits.
