Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the growth strategy for AI Security in the Japanese market.
•Create and advance new business opportunities through partnerships with AI/Cloud ecosystems (SIers, hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI vendors).
•Design and drive GTM models with partners and customers to enable scalable revenue and ARR growth.
•Identify and formulate new use cases and solutions from customer/partner perspectives.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, SE, Marketing, CS, Global) to scale and adjust trajectory based on market changes and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•New business development: experience acquiring new customers and alliances
•Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with clear accountability
•Self-starter who defines problems and takes action to solve them
•High adaptability and speed in responding to changing environments
