Sr. Materials Engineer, AI Satellites (Starmind)

Own materials engineering for the Starmind satellite constellation, guiding the full lifecycle from materials specification and validation to process development and failure analysis. Develop microelectronics packaging, cooling and radiator hardware for satellites, build supply chains for critical materials, and define incoming acceptance criteria. Implement metrology and thermal test setups, integrate simulation with experiments, and partner across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, test, and supply chain teams to deliver high-reliability on-orbit AI compute hardware.
