Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop high-reliability microelectronics packages, cooling systems, and radiator hardware for satellites.
  • •Own end-to-end materials specification, validation, and process development including device modeling, performance characterization, and materials failure analysis.
  • •Drive system trade studies and material selection through prototyping and manufacturing, then perform failure analysis.
  • •Build supply chains for build-up layers, plating chemicals, coatings, thermal interface materials, and define incoming acceptance criteria.
  • •Implement in-process metrology tools for quality control and design thermal test vehicles/setups; integrate simulation and experimental data to guide improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, or another engineering discipline.
