Job Summary

Senior, hands-on software engineer role building an AI governance platform from the ground up. You’ll own full-stack development, design secure AWS cloud infrastructure, and implement observability, governance workflows, and lifecycle management for enterprise AI systems. Partner with product, security, and governance teams to deliver a scalable, trusted platform that enables safe AI deployment at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end design, development, and scaling of the AI governance platform (front-end and back-end) for enterprise-wide AI governance
•Architect and deliver platform capabilities for governance, lifecycle management, monitoring, and operational tooling for AI systems
•Design secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure to support platform services and governance workflows
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, release management, and deployment workflows
•Provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, security, and governance stakeholders

•Strong experience with platform engineering, developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability
