Support procurement operations by running purchasing processes for RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and program execution. Respond to client inquiries on order status, changes, and cancellations, and prepare purchase orders and payment approvals. Build price proposals, financial reports, and analysis-ready data, while supporting RFP and bid package preparation. Maintain procurement records and coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, including EH&S compliance.
