Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims in accordance with state regulatory requirements. Manage a caseload of complex damages, research losses, identify coverage concerns, and coordinate Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals when appropriate. Use estimating technology and virtual inspection tools for desk adjusting, while also performing in-person inspections within your locally assigned Colorado Springs territory and supporting CAT response as needed.
