Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy automation solutions and digitisation use cases using workflow orchestration tools, low-code platforms, scripting, and AI-assisted tooling.
  • •Translate business process requirements into working technical solutions in collaboration with SMEs and process designers.
  • •Develop reusable patterns, building blocks, and reference architectures to standardize automation across IAA.
  • •Ensure production readiness and maintainability through testing, monitoring, documentation, version control, and maintainable handovers.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives, train BAU users, and align with governance and responsible AI principles.

Key Requirements

  • •Assess workflows and identify automation/digitisation opportunities, translating process requirements into technical solution designs.
  • •Define solution components including data flows, APIs/connectors, security controls, deployment patterns, and reusable building blocks for maintainability.
  • •Hands-on engineering with automation and low-code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio) and workflow orchestration tools.
  • •Build governance-aware solutions with auditability, documentation, and human-in-the-loop controls, including responsible AI compliance.
  • •Operate comfortably in transformation programmes and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
