Job Summary

Haul grain and fertilizer products locally from Strasburg, working a typical 7:30am–5pm M–F schedule with overtime during busier seasons. You’ll prepare trucks/railcars, load and unload agricultural inputs, deliver products to customer sites with accurate, on-time service, and maintain required pre-trip/post-trip reporting. The role also includes maintaining equipment and safe, clean work areas and supporting warehouse and grounds maintenance needs as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Haul grain and fertilizer products locally while delivering accurately and on time in a safe, professional manner.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty equipment and maintain quality of inventory.
•Conduct and record repairs and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, including regular inspection of equipment.
•Maintain safety culture by following safety policies, keeping work areas/vehicles clean, reporting issues, and completing assigned warehouse/grounds maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A CDL.
•Must meet the minimum age requirement.
•Ability to read, write, communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
•Maintain or obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip/post-trip reporting and hours of service.
