Senior test and validation engineer supporting the 3rd shift production floor. You will train test operators, troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware, analyze failures, identify defect trends, and help implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities

•Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering and operations staff to ensure effective organizational, verbal, and written communication.
•Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to support production testing.
•Troubleshoot failures on CCAs by data analysis and visual inspection.
•Identify trends in defects and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues to prevent future defects in the build process.
•May be involved in new test set builds and coordinate test equipment between internal customers; maintain and improve production test procedures and review all production procedures on the floor.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•3+ years experience with RF testing equipment.
•5+ years experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required for the clearance.
•Proficiency with National Instruments software tools (LabVIEW, TestStand and NI MAX) or equivalent testing software.
