Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of robotics technology capabilities/limitations and how the Physical AI/robotics ecosystem is evolving.
  • •Lead customer discovery to understand workflows, technical constraints, deployment environments, and unmet needs, then translate learnings back to research and engineering.
  • •Shape and execute early customer engagements, pilots, and partnerships, owning opportunities end to end from prospecting through technical evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • •Build the operational foundation for early commercialization by maintaining pipelines, establishing lightweight processes, driving follow-through, and unblocking dependencies.
  • •Synthesize patterns from customer inputs to identify scalable product opportunities and avoid non-scalable bespoke work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in related industries.
  • •Deep experience in robotics, Physical AI, autonomous systems, simulation, or an adjacent frontier technology with firsthand customer/product exposure.
  • •Technical fluency to credibly engage researchers and engineers and connect technical capabilities to market opportunities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex B2B relationships, from early conversations through signed agreements.
  • •Strong judgment on robotics adoption across environments (e.g., logistics/warehousing, labs, electronics manufacturing, automotive, defense) and the ability to build repeatable commercial value.
