Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients and internal leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Shape solution concepts that are commercially viable, technically feasible, and capable of operating at enterprise scale.
  • •Convert business cases and transformation roadmaps into production-ready solution architectures and delivery plans.
  • •Own the FDE track engineering standard, including architecture patterns, engineering practices, testing, evaluation, and production readiness.
  • •Define AI-native engineering practices (agent-assisted development, reusable components, observability, and production operations) and deploy personally on the most complex mandates.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in software or AI engineering with senior/lead accountability for production systems maintained afterwards.
  • •Hands-on agentic engineering experience: orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, observability, and failure handling.
  • •Strong command of the Microsoft AI stack (equivalent depth on another stack acceptable if transferable).
  • •Experience setting an engineering standard for a team and ensuring it is adopted and followed.
  • •Client-facing credibility and the ability to re-skill and lead a track where engineers transfer in from traditional delivery.
