Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned switchboard orders end to end, including submittal approval, engineering release, material readiness, assembly, wiring, test, and shipment.
  • •Manage customer submittal and drawing approval cycles to closure, actively driving turnaround and schedule recovery.
  • •Maintain work-order level production schedule alignment with assembly line loading and plant capacity.
  • •Process change and risk management through impact analysis, pricing, and approval before floor implementation; maintain BOM/routing updates and manage logs (risk/action/RFIs/change orders).
  • •Coordinate quality and testing, including production testing, non-conformance closure, and customer witness testing where required, plus cost-to-complete reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
  • •Experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment (e.g., switchboards, panelboards, bus systems, protective devices, metering).
  • •Strong electrical/code knowledge and ability to interpret single-line diagrams, elevations, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
