Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the semantic layer by designing and maintaining metrics, dimensions, and data models as the single source of truth.
  • •Architect the data platform for AI readiness, including clean schemas in Unity Catalog and strong data contracts.
  • •Drive end-to-end data quality with observability, testing, and alerting in data pipelines.
  • •Enable self-serve analytics by partnering with product, clinical, and business teams to deliver dashboards and tooling.
  • •Set and enforce data modeling, documentation, and code review standards across the data org, collaborating cross-functionally to translate business questions into data solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience with clear progression to staff-level scope and impact.
  • •Deep SQL expertise and strong Python skills.
  • •Strong data modeling fundamentals; experience building and enforcing clean, extensible, well-documented models (dbt is a plus).
  • •Experience with modern data stack tools including Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery, and Airflow (or similar orchestration), plus BI tools like Looker/Tableau.
  • •Track record building resilient, monitored, production-grade data systems.
