Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously improve defense lines to enable and assure wafer quality surpassing critical metrics.
  • •Lead and manage a team of engineers to implement and optimize diffusion processes.
  • •Develop and execute strategies to enhance process efficiency and yield to world-class standards.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to determine and resolve process-related challenges, including yield and defect/quality work.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while complying with standards and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, focused on diffusion processes.
  • •Experience leading engineering teams and projects successfully.
  • •Extensive knowledge of diffusion process techniques and industry standards.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •Baseline digital fluency with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support work relevant to the role.
