Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PROX project execution for global AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve GPSS productivity and service delivery.
  • •Assess demand trends and service issues to prioritize practical AI, automation, and self-service use cases, and translate needs into use case requirements and test scenarios.
  • •Coordinate pilots, UAT, rollout, issue resolution, documentation, adoption support, and post-implementation reviews for digital solutions.
  • •Drive productivity and process optimization by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and tracking productivity gains.
  • •Manage day-to-day project activities and cross-functional collaboration across HR COEs, GPSS leaders, technology teams, and vendors, including status reporting and change readiness communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, PMO, Project Management, or Project Execution.
  • •Experience supporting or coordinating digital transformation, automation, AI, or technology-enabled initiatives.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into use cases, process requirements, testing scenarios, rollout plans, and implementation activities.
  • •Experience supporting UAT, pilot programs, implementation, adoption, and change management activities.
