  • •Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to assess compensation competitiveness and recommend insights.
  • •Analyze salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Partner with Finance and PXT on compensation planning, forecasting, and year-end merit and bonus processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience, including compensation analysis and compensation program design/process experience.
  • •Exceptional analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems, build models, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • •Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate confidently with senior leadership.
